PERFORMANCE WORKSHOP #1 (BALLET/MOVEMENT, THEATER, ART)
with Sharon D. Tolczyk, Ballet & Art, and Boomie Pedersen, Theater
June 24– 28 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Rising Grades 1 – 8
This is an interdisciplinary workshop focused on creating a short original production with choreography/vignettes centered around a different focus/theme for each workshop; students may participate in one or both weeks. Students will learn verse and movement/choreography in small groups or as an ensemble, and create art, props, and costume pieces to use in performance (and take home!). Lunch & breaks outside under the trees (weather permitting). For students with or without previous ballet training, with an interest in ballet/movement/theater/art. Students will be grouped according to experience level/ages.
Studio Performance for families at 3:15 on Friday.
Tuition:$360 + $15 Art Supplies + $5 reg fee = $380
$260 + $15 Art Supplies + $5 reg fee = $280 for sibling in same workshop, same week
