KinderFlute – 6-week Group Flute Class
Taught by: Elizabeth Brightbill, Terra Voce Flute & Cello Duo; KinderFlute at Crozet Arts Instructor
Wednesdays, April 10 – May 15, 2023
3:45 – 4:30 pm
– For 1st and 2nd graders
– Maximum of 5 students – register early!
Tuition (check/cash pay):
$144 + $40 Materials fee + $6 Registration fee = $190 (includes Toot flute & extras)
$144 + $10 Materials fee + $6 Registration fee = $160 (for children who own a Toot flute)
Tuition (online pay):
$197 (includes Toot flute & extras)
$166 (for those owning a Toot flute)
These classes introduce rising 1st and 2nd graders to the basics of music through flute-playing. Classes focus on flute sound production on the Toot Flute in addition to rhythmic concepts and music symbols taught through fun activities and games. Maximum 4 students per class. Sign up early! KinderFlute II Class – 6-week Group Class

– For returning KinderFlute students in 1st and 2nd grades
– Maximum of 5 students – register early!

$144 + $30 Materials fee + $6 Registration fee = $180 (includes Toot flute)
$144 + $6 Registration fee = $150 (for children who own a Toot flute)

$187 (includes Toot flute)
$156 (for children who own a Toot flute)
In these classes, returning KinderFlute students continue to develop listening and motor skills in addition to learning basics of music through flute-playing. Students will learn new songs, rhythmic concepts and music symbols taught through fun activities and games.

Award-winning flutist, Elizabeth Brightbill, performs in the Crozet-based duo Terra Voce. Prior to moving to Crozet, she held the position of Principal Flute with the Tulsa Philharmonic and Opera orchestras for ten years. She holds the D.M. degree from Indiana University. Elizabeth currently teaches at Longwood University and in her home studio in Crozet.
