Sketching w/Ink & Watercolor

This is an expanded version of my sold out Chicago and San Francisco workshops. We will explore the power of using Ink(s) with your watercolor! (It is also suitable for exploring the combination of ink and gouache, acrylic, color pencil, and/or pastel media!)  Starting with a limited selection of inks; we will explore combining these with your favorite dry, wet, and/or combination of painting, drawing, or sketching media. We will work on using line, shape, texture, and color design while creating our own images. Meeting at Crozet Arts, we will work on studio pieces and may also work at nearby venues for to try our hand at combining ink and color for Plein Air or sketching. Designed to be suitable for novice to advanced mixed media students who have some previous experience in drawing and/or painting. There will be lots of demos, handouts, and feedback.
