Sewing for Your Doll or Teddy Bear-Camping Gear!
Learn to sew and quilt by sewing camping clothes and gear for your doll or stuffed animal. We will practice hand-sewing, machine sewing, and quilt-tying by making doll sleeping bags, clothes, and backpacks. No sewing experience needed. Other projects will include making a pretend campfire and lantern for your doll. Students should bring the doll or bear they are sewing for to class.

This workshop is designed so that children who participated
last summer may participate again with new projects & experiences!
•
What to bring:
– A water bottle (labeled with name).
– Your favorite doll or teddy bear (an 18” tall doll such as My Generation or American Girl Doll is an ideal size, but we can alter patterns and sizes if we know ahead of time the size of the doll or bear).
