In case of severe inclement weather such that A Winter Frolic cannot take place on February 4th, 2017,
the event will be cancelled, and will not be rescheduled.  Tickets are non-refundable if the event is cancelled due to weather; ticket proceeds will go to benefit the fundraising goals of A Winter Frolic.
