Welcome to Pilates!

A 3-week introductory session for students without previous Pilates experience

or for those with some experience looking for a refresher class.

Deepen your breath, find your center, and strengthen and lengthen your muscles in this Stott Pilates mat class.  Classes include a progression of choreographed movements that challenge you safely.

 For teens  & adults.

New Dates & Time  for May Pilates!

Tuesday evenings:  May  15, 22, 29  from 6:15 – 7:05 pm

 Tuition:  $36/session

Minimum 2 students; maximum 8 students.

 Participants should wear comfortable, slightly close-fitting clothes and bring a mat and water bottle;  bare feet.
